Business and finance issues in the US?

with this Latinos,hispanics etc in the US most of them with NO or little english,no working authorization papers,expired visas and some with even NO visas,how are they able to get any jobs in the US?how do they go about this mind boggling issue?Do they have to go to shops to request for employment?How do they do this?
