Do rabbits like beds?

I have a yr and a half yr old male Dwarf. I've always thought of getting him a bed but I'm a first time rabbit owner and not sure if it's "worth it". He had a hutch until I got him a bigger cage which features a ledge and he goes underneath this ledge as a hutch (he's make shifted a tunnel into it as well, has a large cardboard tube that he lodged underneath, and does every time I clean the cage, so cute!), but also lounges on the ledge. I give him a decent amount of bedding as well. I was looking into hammocks, or little bagel beds, etc. Is this a worthwhile investment or is he fine the way he is?
