Guinea pig help please!!!!?

hi ummmm my guinea pig looks pregnate but i almost sure hes a boy he lives with another male and has been acting verry moody and crabby he also has a very big stomach and he squeals very loudly like hes in pain when u pick him up i was wodering does this mean he is a she and she is pregnate?????
