Ficus Tree Help? I have a 25 year old twisted ficus tree.?

The tree has flourished for many years when I lived in the humid south. Now I live in Arkansas where it is not so humid. The tree has always been kept inside. Recently I noticed that the pot it was in had a leak. So I repotted the plant into a new pot. Now the plant is dying. The tree has no leaves on it at all. I moved it outside to get fresh light and it does not seem to be helping. I am monitoring the soil to make sure it is moist enough. What should my next step be? I cannot see any bugs on it. When I repotted it I used Miracle Grow soil and it has been in the new pot now for about a month and a 1/2. I do not want to loose this plant, I love having it in my home. What should my next step be? Keep it outside or move it inside?
