Question about cop....?

I was set up by a family in South Africa last year, they were RCMP, this year there is a man at the park I got to everyday for an hour, inviting me over sharing his drug use with me, telling me if I come over one day and see alot of XXXX on the table don't freak out basically. Am I being target by the police and why... I have numerous tattoos on my forearms but belong to no gang, mafia or motorcycle club. I am 23 years old and not sure how to handle this as my family has already been torn apart by this, my dad no longer talks to me due to an RCMP investigation he was coaxed into bringing me on, as I was the target in SA.. How does this stop?
