???Canker Sores?

I'm a 15 year old girl and have been sick since friday at first with chills,headache,dizziness,nausea,aches,s… throat, and some other symptoms. The 3rd day I had four sores in my mouth all in and around the inside of my lip. Now my gums are swollen and red, my teeth hurt , and I can hardly eat at all because it is so painful. Even soft foods hurt my mouth. I know that the sores can be /Cold sores or Canker Sores. The information I have read hasn't helped me to figure it out. Im going to try to go to the doctor tomorrow, but for now help would be really appreciated.
