Is it normal to hear voices when youre half-asleep?

It only happens to me when i'm really really tired.I've been having a lot of sleep problems lately and one day last week got to 34 hours without sleep.I heard my mum tell me to go sleep and my dad appeared and gave me some new gloves because i suddenly had 20 fingers on each hand.Hallucinating lol,wonderful thing! still it was kinda nice to hear my late parents voices again.
