Now that both rep and dems have given huge gifts to wall street, Mitch McConnell says no $$ to earmarks that?

would mean no rebuilding infrastructure,no $$ for small business, and continued tax breaks for the ultra rich, does this feel/seem like McConnell is trying to destroy middle America. Don't say continued tax breaks to the ultra rich creates jobs. If it did there would be jobs now since they've been getting this break since 2002 or 03.
