What could this be? Low blood pressure....?

I think the Dr will check your thyroid and your sugar. You have symptoms of both problems. I know the Dr will find out your problem(s) so don't worry. These problems are not caused from low blood pressure. You may be anemic but that would not cause all your problems. These are also not the symptoms of high blood pressure. Normal BP is 120/80, yours is only 100/60, not too high. Mine runs 90/60 and I don't have your symptoms, they sound more like anemia or low blood sugar and possibly both. Let us know. Good luck
