Do girls just like guys fore their looks and how they act?

Well im in 8th grade and ive noticed that the guys that act cool and have six packs listen to hip hop have the nicest nikes and speak with alot of slang get all the girls. Dont get me wrong im not a nerd im just a average person that does not do any of that i dont talk to any of those girls because i think they are hot but s,l,u,t,s every gangsta wanna be taps their u know what. And they have too. But my question is im average does that mean im not going get a girl friend and do i have to start acting all cool instead of quiet and down to earth?
