HELP MEEEEE im scared? plz answer?

k my lil bro waz sick and he gave me wat he had! he waz vomiting and had diarrea. and yesterday me tummi started 2 hurt and i only slept 4 hourz last nite i waz so miserable. i kept having 2 use the restroom (i had diarrea it waz gross!) and my tummi still hurtz 2day! i havent thrown up but i almost did. im rly scared cuz i hate throwing up itz just so gross! and i hav a headache. i slept from 9 to 12 last nite and then i waz awake til like 5! this morning i took a nice warm shower i thought it would help but it didnt! im going 2 school 2day tho.....my dad asked if i wanted 2 just stay home and relax but i thought it would b better 2 just go. ok so im feeling rly sick now but im just scared ill throw up in school! ive been drinking lotz of fluidz and i havent been eating much. last nite i had a bowl of soup. and now my stomach makez these gross gargling noises! and evry time ive thrown up this is how i felt! any wayz to make myself NOT throw up? just relax? rest? i have nooooo clue.
